Simply Incredible

Tina Turner is more beautiful now than ever before. Age becomes her spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. What an incredible role model for all...in living a great life. Turner is 20 months older than Raquel Welch, and I have always said, the older Turner gets, the more they look like sisters. Check out the cheek bones and the nose... They are both sculpted Goddesses. Just goes to prove the saying, you do get better with age.
Not Ready to Retire
Turner is 68 years old and loving it, her 69th birthday will be celebrated in Newark, New Jersey on Nov. 26. She is coming out of retirement to go in concert around the United States beginning Oct. 1, and London is scheduled for 2009. Aren't we the lucky ones.
Sold Out
The first tickets went on sale May 12, 2008 for her first stop in Kansas City, Mo., and sold out within the first two minutes. Kansas requested a second date and one has been scheduled for later in the fall. That's our girl, keeping up her record of the most ticket sales, the most attended concerts, and the fastest sell outs.
Refreshed and Ready to Go
Turner lives in Switzerland with her beau, Erwin Bach of several years. It is reported they also have homes in Nice, France and Beverly Hills, Calif. Turner said of her retirement in 2000, she was going to finish her homes; work had been ongoing in them for years, and she was ready for it to stop. It was time to for the remodeling and decorating to be finished and then, for once, to let the homes stay that way. Guess she got them done, is refreshed, and ready to go.
Her voice has not aged, and is strong as ever. What an amazing talent, amazing woman, and truly immortal icon.
